This page describes driving licence photos in Sweden, where licences are issued by the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen). If you are applying in Denmark, Norway or Finland, the rules are different – see the section further down. The choice is yours when it comes to the color of your driver's license photo. You can choose between color or black and white in our photo booths, and both options are approved by the Swedish Transport Agency. However, please note that your final driver's license photo will always be delivered in black and white. To ensure the best possible quality, we recommend taking the photo in color. During the scanning process, the Swedish Transport Agency automatically converts the image to black and white. A photo that is already black and white may lose contrast, which can reduce the image's sharpness. Each photo sheet contains four high-quality images and is available for 199 SEK. - Your entire head should be visible in the photo
- Dark, tinted, and colored glasses are not allowed in the photo

Driving licence photos in Denmark, Norway and Finland
The Swedish Transport Agency only issues driving licences in Sweden. Each Nordic country has its own authority and its own rules for who may take the photo.
Denmark: your kørekort is issued by your kommune through borgerservice. You can take the photo in our booths. The Danish format is 35x45 mm with the head 30-36 mm high, and the same photo also meets the requirements for a Danish passport.
Norway: your førerkort is issued by Statens vegvesen, and the photo has to be taken in a photo booth at the trafikkstasjon – not in ours. We can still help you with visa photos, foreign passports, nødpass and private ID cards.
Finland: your ajokortti is issued by Traficom. You can take the photo in our booths at 36x47 mm, from EUR 12 for one sheet of four photos.
